Guardians of Green: Sourcing Wisdom from Uttarakhand's Healing Forests
Our products started as a result of foraging in our backyard i.e, the healing forests of The Himalayan Uttarakhand. From Day 1, we have been headstrong about ethically foraging from our bountiful purlieus. As a rule of thumb, only 30% of each plant is extracted, to allow for a healthy lifespan and regeneration of these precious remedies. We understand seasons, climate, growing conditions and therefore want to ensure we leave the Himalayas as we found it, pristine and abundant. And as for ingredients we don't grow, we try our best to make sure we align ourselves with purveyors who feel the same way we do about our ingredients.
